Managing the Pre-onboarding activities which includes the issuance of offers, provide comp solutions across different geographies. Answer employee questions utilizing available technology/information. Managing compensation Bench marking and fitments across geographies. Actively participate in Internal/External audits as per our company audit standards. Effectively managing HR Analytics / Metrics and Reports. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge on CnB programs, plans, policies, and processes. Identify Client-impacting issues and implement solutions and process improvements to enhance Employee experience. Lead and participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Effectively manage the team which administer the HR systems and other associated tasks as part of group HR processes. Plan and prioritize workload and also to ensure strong collaboration with our COEs and internal stake holders. Develop efficient and effective HR business processes that meet the needs of the business. Be actively involved with the centralization of HR systems. Provide high quality, consistent HR guidance, support and resolution to managers, leadership, and employees with focus towards employee-experience.
