Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers to promote products or services.
Answer questions about products or services and explain their benefits.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain a database of customer information for follow-up purposes.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
