Designation: General Manager Updated: January 02, 2025 Location: Karnataka, India Organization: Apparels Job Description: Job Purpose The position is responsible for maintaining Data Warehouse Application and ensuring Quality, Veracity and Timeliness of Data flow in and out of the system. Also, this position will be responsible for the overall health of the Data Warehouse system and Data Integration with both upstream and down-stream systems. Job Context & Major Challenges Data modelling Enterprise Data Warehouse ETL/Data Integration Data Quality Process Performance of System Overall health of the system - Database Administration, Resource usage etc Backup Data Security and Access control DevOps Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Data Modelling Database design and modelling Data model improvements and optimization KRA2 ETL/Data Integration Develop ETL Packages Usage of DI tools Automated Recon Alerts and notification KRA3 Overall System health and Performance and Backup Ensure system is stable and available Best practices are incorporated Robust backup and failover process KRA4 Data Quality and Security Develop and implement DQ practices Ensure Data reconciles with Source systems Control access to Database and ensure proper approvals are in place before allowing usage of data KRA5 DevOps Support operations Lead DB upgrades and maintenance activities Put Change management process in place for Data Integration, and Model changes Oncall support during downtime Qualifications: Post Graduate Minimum Experience Level: 10-15 Years Report to: Assistant Vice President,
