- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional with a strong background in SAP ERP Sales or large-scale ERP sales. This role combines Inside and Outside sales responsibilities to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve business growth targets. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels to identify and qualify leads. Build a pipeline of prospects by leveraging CRM tools and industry networks. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns. Outside Sales: Engage with potential clients to understand their ERP needs and present customized solutions. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas. Stay updated on SAP ERP solutions and industry trends to position the company as a trusted advisor. Partner with consulting and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from pre-sales to project delivery. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership review. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of proven experience in SAP ERP Sales or other large-scale ERP sales. Deep understanding of the ERP sales lifecycle and client pain points. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus. Experience working in a consulting or IT solutions company.,
