Desired Candidate Profile

- Drive the financial planning, short & medium term business plan for the Center

- Ensure operational efficiency, fiscal discipline, implement processes & systems

- Monitor compliances, set accounting & reporting standards, internal controls, documentation of all books of accounts, reports, lease & revenue contracts

- Prepare annual budget, Capital & Operational expenditure

- Monitor spending of each department, analyze planned vs actual spend, escalate variances

- Auditing to ensure accuracy & compliance with accounting standards; comply with recommendations

- Ensure that the Center is adequately & cost effectively insured against risks

- Compliance with tax laws; accurate & timely reporting of finances

- Collection of receivables from retailers in case of significant delays, disputes, reconciliation of balances

- Ensure retailer set-up is as per defined processes & commercial terms & agreement

- Develop & leverage relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions; liaise with statutory bodies (GST, excise, customs) for all compliance requirements

- Verify bills of service providers with supporting & statutory documents for approval

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
