Role Description:

• Training professional responsible, in coordination with Instructional Design Lead, for creation of training media for instructor-led or e-learning.
• Assists with development of LOB-level curriculum.
• Helps manage training assets.
• Responsible for adhering to deadlines agreed on with the Design Lead
• Assists training facilitators with creating, coordinating, and managing assessments related to training delivery.
• Demonstrated experience developing engaging and effective e-learning media.

Preferred candidate profile:

• BA/BS in instructional technology or related field, or related technical discipline
• at least 2 years experienced developing e-learning with a leading e-learning learning tool (Captivate, Camista Studio, Storyline 360 or comparable)
• at least 3 years developing virtual and instructor-led training materials.
• Experience with adult learning methodologies.
• Exceptional computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Ability to write clear concise explanations of complex concepts and engaging course content for a diverse audience of professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to design effective training for in classroom, VILT, or e-learning for the adult learner preferred.
• Ability to conduct research, collaborating with subject matter experts and gathering and interpreting relevant data.
