Job description Job Summary We are a Leading Manufacturers of Interior Furniture's in Cochin. We are manufacturing the products and installing them at the Customers site. We Require someone to co-ordinate the activities of the site supervisors and the carpenters. Job Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations of the Sites Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization. To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors. Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well. Getting project goals and oversee projects to completion Qualification and Experience Communication in English, Malayalam is Mandatory and Hindi and Tamil also is preferred Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and Pleasant personality. Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry. Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
