Job Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking a Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our web applications. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in back-end development. Proficient in Ruby on Rails and Python/Django. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
