Job Description
- Oversee the order processing and dispatch cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage a team of workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery.
- Maintain quality control standards and address any production issues promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records and report on production progress and team performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and delegate tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and basic ERP systems preferred.
