Must work from office Experience required: 5-7 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Perform functional manual testing on Medical/IoT or Connected devices. Understanding and analyzing the requirements and specifications of the software to identify testable elements Creating detailed test scenarios and test cases based on the requirements Manually executing test cases to identify defects and ensure the software behaves as expected Logging and tracking defects using bug tracking tools and working with developers to resolve them. Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the software meets quality standards. Performing exploratory testing to uncover issues that might not be covered by formal test cases. Preferred: BE/BTECH in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). A curious mindset to explore different scenarios and a creative approach to uncover hidden issues. Strong analytical skills to understand complex software systems and identify potential problem areas. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Ability to think critically and solve problems that arise during testing. Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Strong analytical skills to understand complex interactions between firmware and hardware Familiarity with hardware components and their functionalities to effectively test firmware. Expertise in testing battery life and wireless communication capabilities Understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines such as FDA, ISO 13485, and IEC 60601, which are crucial for ensuring compliance and safety Experience in the Medical Device industry or IOT is preferred.
