Managing Allocations & De-allocations across Geographies/ Verticals/ Service-Lines
Update Business on availability and supply of talent from the market
Work with L&D & COEs to manage up-skilling/ re-skilling/ cross-skilling of resources as per Business needs
Real-time Reporting on status of Fulfillment: RMG Portal
Cost & Utilization Management (with Delivery Heads)
Optimal Resource allocations across Geographies/ Verticals/ Service lines
Account /Region/Vertical specific Resource-buffers
Managing resources for Investment Projects or Projects undertaken for purposes of Business Development
Managing & Maintaining the pool of Deployable resources (may be used above)
Rotation of resources : Onsite/ Offsite or across Geographies & Verticals
Managing Cost
Influencing & managing direct cost through maintenance of pyramid
Managing rotations for planned resource enrichment
Replenishment of resources at next lower levels
Collaborative Work Style
Excellent coordination with different stakeholders and building strong relationships with internal customers Delivery Heads and Project Managers
An entrepreneurial approach with full understanding of Business needs
Ability to operate and influence in a matrix structure and be sensitive to cross functional matters & geographical sensitivities
Regular liaison with Sales for planning & managing resources as per Sales Funnel
