Desired Candidate Profile

1. Handle end to end talent acquisition activities for Retail business.
2. Handle pre-onboarding activities ( offer process, ref checks, background verifications, medical checkup, psychometric assessment)
3. System onboarding
4. Prepare Induction plan
5. Facilitate post onboarding activities (Joining process, Plant induction)
6. Update Recruitment MIS and Org Structure on regular basis.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate

PG: MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
