Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers to collect overdue payments and address account-related concerns.

Accurately mark the status of each interaction (e.g., payment collected, follow-up required, customer unavailable) in the mobile app in real-time.

Ensure all disposition updates comply with company policies and processes.

Communicate with the team to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate records of collections, customer feedback, and escalations as needed.

Meet daily/weekly collection and disposition update targets.
