Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Accounts Management with Tally ERP:
- Maintain Financial Records: Input daily financial transactions into Tally ERP, such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels and record stock-related transactions in Tally, including inventory movement.
- Process Payments: Record payments to suppliers and vendors in Tally and update the corresponding ledgers.
2. Stock Inventory Management:
- Stock Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels and manage incoming and outgoing stock records in the system.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct regular stock audits and ensure physical stock matches digital records in Tally.
- Dispatch Records: Record dispatch details for products shipped to customers and update the inventory accordingly.
3. Advanced Excel Skills:
- Data Entry & Formulas: Use advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF Statements, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and COUNTIF/COUNTIFS to analyze and summarize financial and inventory data.
4. Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurate Data Entry: Ensure all entries in both Tally and Excel are accurate and completed on time.
- Maintain Documentation: Ensure that all supporting documents (invoices, receipts, dispatch records) are properly archived for audit purposes.
Key Skills and Tools:
- Tally ERP: Proficient in using Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, stock management, and financial reporting.
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, macros, and reporting.
- Inventory Management: Experience managing and tracking stock levels, inventory movements, and reconciliations.
Preferred candidate profile: BCOM OR GRADUATE DEGREE WITH COMPUTER COURSE AND EXCEL KNOWLEDGE MUST
