The FDA selected RxLogix's PV Surveillance Suite Platform for advanced data analytics, signal detection, and benefit-risk assessment. The team at RxLogix collaborates with Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management Professionals to enhance compliance, productivity, and quality in drug safety, prioritizing patient safety and innovation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Technical Engineering Manager role located in Noida. The Technical Engineering Manager will be responsible for engineering management, team leadership, software development, and project planning in the context of technology-driven PV solutions. Qualifications Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills Guide your team members on latest technologies including Java, Spring, Spring-Boot, Angular, Hibernate, Grails, Groovy, Kafka, R, Redis, Hazelcast, Bootstrap, jQuery etc. Leverage development tools including AWS, GIT, Nginx, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Agile methodologies etc. Software Development and Project Management skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Hands-on approach for solving technical challenges faced by the team. Good working exposure to relational databases like MySQL, Oracle etc. Self-driven & motivated leader who can drive the team to quality and timely delivery with complete authority and accountability. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in Pharmacovigilance or healthcare industry is a plus At least 10+ years of full stack programming experience in various Java based technologies and frameworks,
