Role Overview

We are looking for Java Back-end Developer position in Chennai or Bangalore,

Task Description: Qualifications and must haves:
1. At least 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation and Absence Management
2. Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in E2E (End to End) testing and validating Oracle HCM Cloud Functionality.

The testing experience includes:
1.Strong knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining test cases and test plans for
- Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence and Reports are required.
- Regression testing especially coming from Quarterly Upgrades.
2. Experience in executing test cases to verify the functionality of the software and identify defects.
3. Creating and maintaining test data to support testing activities.
4. Experience working with business and IT teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts.
5. Experience facilitating testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution and conducting defect triage meetings is required.
6. Excellent communication, attention to detail & documentation skills required.
7. managing and conducting the testing of the functionality of Oracle Cloud HCM.
