Network Field Engineer - Mumbai (All Areas) @ Tikona Infinet

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues and optimize network performance.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve customer service issues related to broadband services.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fault rectification, splicing, and testing of optical fibers
• Candidates comfortable with Operation & Maintenance of Network Elements / Network Sites.
• Should be comfortable with Flexible Timings (24*7 ) / as & when required.
• Provide field support for broadband services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates must have graduate/Diploma.
• Candidates belong from Mumbai and Pune location.
• Must have sound knowledge on Electrical Parameters & Network.
• 1-3 years of experience in Network Engineering or Field Support role with expertise in Broadband Services, Fiber Optics, GPON technology.
• Network Background is a must ( L2 Network / Wi-Fi Deployment )
• Field Experience required.
