We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees. Job Description Expertise in performing month end tasks (journal entries, accruals, depreciation). Perform debit balance analysis and report findings. Support internal and external audit queries. Perform Statutory and Regulatory reporting tasks, Month end specific deliverables (Period close). Prepare trial balance narratives, Variance analysis & Commentary. Oversee daily transactions for general ledger and bank reconciliations, perform complex reconciliations. Performing complex Balance Sheet Reconciliations and preparing root cause and action plan to close the open items timely. Establish & maintain strong process controls. Assist team in resolving process exceptions. Manage all month-end activities as per the calendar and coordinate with respective onshore and offshore team members GRID preparation and MGA Commissions Journals entries. Train new team members on key process tasks. Identify process efficiencies and participate in process improvements / Automation initiative. Support with query resolutions to the internal, external, and statutory auditors. Qualifications B.com,
