Key Skills & Expertise:

Linux Administration: Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9)
Automation & Scripting: Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python
Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience in AWS, Azure, or OpenStack
CI/CD & DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Security & Compliance: OS hardening, VPNs, firewalls, access control
Performance Optimization: System monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource utilization
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implementing automated provisioning and configuration management

Roles & Responsibilities:

Linux & Cloud Administration:

• Manage and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
• Implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
• Ensure system security, patching, and OS hardening

Automation & Configuration Management:

• Automate system provisioning, deployment, and scaling using Ansible & Terraform
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
• Optimize performance through container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
• Troubleshoot server failures, replication issues, and network bottlenecks

Security & Compliance:

• Implement firewalls, VPNs, access control policies
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and audits

Database & Storage Management:

• Administer databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and replication strategies
