Mobile App Developer (React Native)
Experience: 2-8 years

Technical Requirements:

We are looking to hire talented React native App Developers with experience/skills in:
React Native and Design principles.
React Native CLI.
Knowledge of Android & IOS deployment.
UI/UX design and development.
Experience with React / other frontend frameworks (React preferred).
Experience/Familiarity with CI/CD, code-push.
Experience with Testing frameworks.
Good to have:
MERN Stack experience.
Experience/Familiarity with AWS.
Experience/Familiarity with Serverless.

Mandatory Competencies:

• Must be a Team player & have excellent Interpersonal & team coordination
  skills.
  Provide progress reports of the project to and relevant stakeholders.
  Risk Management.
  Understand technical and business requirements and identify skills and
  resources required for the project.
  Evaluate and Identify training required for team members and build the
  competency map.
  Oversee all project execution procedures to identify and define suitable quality
  Metrics.
  Coordinate between team and client for the flawless execution of projects.
  Create and maintain comprehensive project/product documentation.
  Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
  Technical review of work products delivered by the team.

Self-Oriented, Proactive and Problem Solving.
Adaptive to challenging situations.

Good to have skills:
Able to define KRA for the team.
Able to budget and define a baseline for cost, scope and schedule.
Maintain risk register and monitor scope, cost, resource utilisation and effort.
