Role & responsibilities :

Agent recruitment - Guiding and monitoring agents who will go ahead and bring motor business from the market.

Skills Required:

1. Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have strong convincing power.

2. Industry Experience (Motor) will be preferred, however any sales exp. also good to go

3. Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.

4. Must be able to work under pressure.

5. Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.

6. Age: Max 30 years
