Job Description
Position Summary
Author, edit and compile software technical documents including user manuals, online help, cheat sheets, tutorials, and manuals that exceed customer expectations. Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment focused on delivering products, develop documentation for new products and features, and maintain existing documentation for ongoing releases. Seek opportunities to excel and collaborate within the team and cross functionally .
Skillset Requirements
- Exceptional comprehension skills, and ability to learn and contribute with minimal oversight -aself starter.
- Ability to think in abstract and quickly grasp the essence of the job at hand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree or appropriate combination of education and experience. Related graduate degree preferred (Masters).
Job Summary & Profile
- Experience in software development in .NET of complex architectures in a product environment with interest in the entire process: from analysis to implementation
- Experience with .NET and Microsoft technology stack
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and GIT
- Thorough knowledge of C#/VB.NET and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Thorough functional and technical knowledge of LINQ, MVC, WPF, WCF,SQL Server, REST-services
- Knowledge of Infragistics / DevExpress / TxTextControl / MS Power Platform is a plus
- Frontend and backend expertise, including analysis, design, implementation, and delivery of applications
- Experience in application integration and knowledge of relational databases, normalization, and SQL
- Experience with object-oriented (OO) software design
- Experience with Azure/Azure DevOps is an asset
- Experience in Cloud Development is an asset
- Creative and focused on providing the ideal solution to end users
- Able to evaluate customer and product manager needs and translate them into specifications
- Enthusiasm (eager to) and insight to modernize an existing software package to state-of-the-art technology
- Quality conscious and initiative for optimization of development processes
- Capable of evaluating and answering problems or questions related to the package
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS or LIS) or experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus
- Team player and a real trouble-shooter
- Comfortable in working with customers and colleagues
- You can transfer your ideas to a development team and get them on board
Function Criteria
- Higher education in Computer Science
- Excellent English, spoken and in writing
- Excellent reporting skills, in writing and presentation format
- You can document well, and you have a hands-on and can-do mentality that loves quality work
