Conduct product trials at identified customer places.

Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to equipment performance, lubricant compatibility, and lubrication systems.
Collaborate with the R&D team/Product Manager to test and evaluate new or reformulated industrial lubricant products.
Analyze field data and customer feedback to identify areas for product or service improvements.
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive lubricant products.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, recommendations, and technical support provided
