We are seeking an Experienced PPC Account Manager with expertise in handling multiple Google Ads accounts and driving high-quality lead generation campaigns for diverse clients. As a PPC Account Manager at our agency, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on lead generation. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of Google Ads to create tailored strategies, ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, and achieve client goals. Working closely with clients and internal teams, youll ensure the success of paid search campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts for a variety of clients, focusing on lead generation and performance-driven strategies. Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns using Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and YouTube Ads. Conduct keyword research, create effective ad copy, and optimize landing pages to increase conversions and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL). Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI. Perform A/B testing and ongoing optimizations to refine campaigns, improve click-through rates (CTR), and increase conversion rates (CR). Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and target audience, ensuring campaigns are tailored to meet specific needs. Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive. Provide clients with detailed performance reports, presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign results. Work in collaboration with SEO, content, and social media teams to create integrated marketing strategies and deliver cohesive results. Manage and mentor junior PPC team members, providing guidance and support to help them improve campaign performance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a PPC Account Manager or similar role, managing multiple Google Ads accounts for clients in a digital marketing agency setting. Strong expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) and a focus on lead generation strategies. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC tools to track and measure campaign success. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic adjustments to improve campaign performance and cost-efficiency. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Experience in mentoring junior staff and helping them grow their PPC skills and performance. Google Ads Certification is required; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
