    Job Title: Sales Manager

    Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

    Experience: 7-12 years (Insurance Sales, Tele Sales, Outbound Sales ,Edtech sales experience will be added advantage)

    Notice Period: Maximum 15 Days


    About the Role:
    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our recruitment and sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying and attracting prospective candidates across India and specified regions, ensuring seamless coordination between recruitment, training, and placement teams.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sourcing Strategies:

      • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates across India and other designated locations.
      • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and new business opportunities in target regions.
    2. Recruitment Campaigns:

      • Design and execute targeted awareness campaigns through digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
      • Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and industry events to increase visibility and attract talent.
    3. Candidate Engagement:

      • Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring readiness for training programs.
      • Build strong relationships with universities and academic institutions to align recruitment efforts.
    4. Team Leadership:

      • Foster a collaborative team environment, set clear sourcing targets, and monitor performance.
      • Oversee sourcing processes to ensure all candidates are fully trained and prepared for batch starts.
    5. Process Management:

      • Manage recruitment project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
      • Oversee candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and high-quality recruitment process.
    6. Reporting and Analysis:

      • Prepare detailed reports on sourcing activities, progress, and outcomes.
      • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and process improvements.

    What Were Looking For:

    • Proven experience in Insurance Sales, Tele salesEdtech Sales or Outbound Sales.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
