Company Overview YO HR CONSULTANCY is a prominent firm operating in the None industry, dedicated to providing comprehensive human resource solutions in India. Role And Responsibilities The Senior Safety Head Manager will be based in Kharagpur and should have at least 15-20 years of experience in the field. The primary responsibility involves formulating ABP Safety, liaison with the Inspector of Factories, leading the DIP department, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a safety culture of the highest standards. Additionally, the role requires leadership in the site safety team, maintaining safety statistics, investigating accidents, organizing safety weeks and campaigns, and driving safety improvement projects. The incumbent will also be responsible for convening DIP-DIC meetings and aiding in the formulation of training programs at all levels across DIP & PI. Furthermore, assisting the GM safety for Apex and Board Meetings, driving the recalibrated Risk Matrix, imparting training on safety standards, and identifying & implementing key initiatives across the business are crucial requirements. Overall, overseeing the CSMS process and implementation is vital for this role. Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech, Diploma in Industrial Safety, Diploma in Fire Management, and a PGD in Environment Management and Law.
