Job Description for SDC Manager 1) In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time. 2) Inventory Management of scooter, accessories and parts along with documentation process 3) Candidate should be compassionate towards the work and execute it precisely and within a time frame. 4)Tracking and ensuring error free Last Mile Delivery. 5) Candidate should be capable of coordinating within other functions and teams along with Customers too. 6) Candidate should be able to handle escalations from Customers as well as from internal teams. 7) Candidate will be working hand in hand with 3PL partner and coordinate with them to get the tasks closed. 9) Candidate should be capable to handle Team and must have handled at least 15-20 people in the past. 10) Candidate should be technically sound enough to use various tools for inventory management and reporting and good to have working knowledge of SAP/MS Excel. 11) Should take care of IQC & PDI Responsibilities 12) Handling Inbound activities Experience 4 - 7 Years of Experience,
