Position: Sr. Sales Engineer - B2B sales of high value software
Location: Mumbai (Remote/WFH) candidate should be local to Mumbai
Exp 7+ yrs in software sales
Budget Max up to 15 LPA
Skill & Experience Requirements:
Should be able to create new accounts (be a hunter) by selling high value software to those companies.
Experience in selling software like- from UIPath or Automation Anywhere, or software like Dynatrace or New Relic for a Reseller of these OEMs
Having worked on selling RP Eng IBM SW products, for an IBM reseller, will be an advantage
Having experience of making sales proposals, doing consultative selling and negotiation handling is essential
Having experience in selling to BFSI segment and manufacturing segment is required
Proven connects with senior IT teams in customer environments is essential
Should be able to create fresh accounts from scratch by selling IBM and Microsoft software for RPA, ITOps , API Management, etc.
Interact with OEMs (like IBM &Microsoft) sales teams, to jointly build leads and meet targets
Should have the ability to quickly learn about new technologies
Individual performer
Additional Details:
In terms of high value - the person should have sold, either, on-prem licenses, of minimum Rs 30-40Lakhs per deal OR in case of SaaS licenses, minimum 10-15L/annum per deal
In addition to UP and AA or Dynatrace & NewRelic, you could add Microsoft Power Platform, Datadog, Manage Engine,
If you can get someone from an IBM reseller who has sold IBM SW, that will be ideal.
