Location: Dahej - Gujarat
Qualification: Graduate in HR or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from shortlisting to selection
Handle joining formalities (medical exams, certificate verification, induction scheduling)
Maintain employee records & master files
Training Coordination:
Plan & execute training programs, including administrative arrangements
Track attendance, update records & prepare feedback reports
Coordinate with managers for training nominations & schedules
Administrative Support:
Manage travel & accommodation for employees/trainers
Handle ID cards, canteen coupons & employee documents
Administer staff loans & liaise with banks
Monthly Activities:
Prepare manpower & training reports
Oversee contract payroll & ISO documentation
Reconcile leave & attendance records
