Key account manager profile

Ctc max 6 lacs

1 year contract ( renewable after year)

 

1. MBA from Tier- 3 or 4 Colleges (You can follow the following list for the categorization, Please follow the Category BBB+ onwards as mentioned on the list :
2. OR Engg from Tier- 3 or 4 Colleges 
3. At least 1 Year of experience in Business Development in any sector (Preferably E-Commerce / Q-Commerce or FMCG / FMCD)
4. (Optional but Good to Have if None of the aforementioned 3 Criteria are fulfilled):  Working as a RE in the Home BU's NKAM Business

 age of 3-4 L pa to the tier-3/4 engg college graduates or FMCG companies give INR 4-6L package to the tier 4 MBA College graduates, so out of that talent pool if someone is interested in the business side or specifically in the E-Com side, it will be an incentive for them to work in ecommerce and obviously an enhanced salary of INR 6 L + 1.5L Incentive based on performance (which is the mode for Jr. KAM salary structure) and we will be choosing from our required talent pool too.
