Job Description

Job Title: Product Specialist (multiple locations across India) Job Responsibilities: Assess clinicians needs and present suitable products Present product information and deliver product samples Communicate with and promote our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits Keep detailed records of all contacts Execute CMEs, webinars, conferences and other educational events Work with peers to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team  Cold call and visit prospects on location Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators  Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory  Build relationships with hospital staff Educate medical staff on the benefits of products Provide product demonstrations and support Place replenishment orders at existing accounts Maximize profits by upselling and cross selling additional products Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience Collect, analyse, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation   Job Qualifications:   Experience of tender management is an advantage  Knowledge of MS Office, procurement process within the hospital ecosystem Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent teamwork and networking skills Strong organizational and time management skills Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Ability to travel frequently Strong negotiation and sales skills   Salary, benefits and incentives are in accordance with industry standards but not a constraint for the right candidate.   Experience into sales of wound care products.  Industry: Pharma only.  Domain: Sales   Multiple locations:    Mumbai (priority) Gurugram (priority) Cochin  Bangalore
