WHAT DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE /JD


• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.
• Understanding client requirements and organisation with regard to their existing business activities.
• Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources.  Screening the profiles,  Conducting a telephonic interview.
• Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients.
• Generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.
• Salary negotiation, Follow up till the date of joining, Closing the positions Taking references from the candidates


Job Location: 

103, 1st Floor, Star manor, opp to east west bridge, cabin road, Bhayandar east, Narmada nagar bridge
  Working days:  Mon - Friday

Work Timings: Regular Day Shift (9 am to 6 pm)
