With a background in B.Tech and an MBA, the candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and business acumen to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications. 2. Data Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities. Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and visualization. 3. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team. Ensure stakeholders are updated on project progress, challenges, and outcomes. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and use case diagrams. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. 6. Project Coordination: Support project management activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth project deployment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: B.Tech or MBA in Business, Operations, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role. Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and data analysis. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
