Job Description

    Position: Senior HR Recruiter
    Location: Remote
    Type: Full time

    Experience: 3-4 years
    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and handle the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and the ability to attract top talent to meet our companys hiring goals.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Talent Acquisition:
    o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    o Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
    o Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

    1. Team Handling: should have experience in team handling. Able to handle team size of 5.
      3. Job Advertising:
      o Draft and post clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions.
      o Optimize job postings for maximum reach and candidate engagement.
      4. Candidate Management:
      o Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
      o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
      o Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
      5. Collaboration:
      o Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
      o Assist in workforce planning and provide insights based on market trends and data.
      6. Recruitment Operations:
      o Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
      o Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review.

     Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelors degree
    Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience recruiting in [specific industries if applicable, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
