Job Title: Quality Analytics - Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analytics Lead to oversee and enhance our QA processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both automation and manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products. This role involves managing end-to-end testing processes, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring product excellence through analytics-driven quality management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Strategy: Lead the QA team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure delivery of high-quality products. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, standards, and best practices. Drive continuous improvements in the QA process through analytics and insights. 2. Testing and Automation: Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks for testing. Execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure application quality. Identify and report bugs, and work closely with the development team for resolutions. 3. Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics to identify quality trends and provide actionable insights. Create detailed and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and quality metrics reports. Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Participate in requirement analysis, risk assessment, and sprint planning. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clear understanding of quality expectations. 5. Process Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in QA automation and analytics. Evaluate and integrate new tools to improve testing efficiency. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech preferred). 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a mix of automation and manual testing. Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Expertise in test case design, execution, and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Experience with performance and security testing tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certification in QA or Automation (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester).
