Job Description
- Conduct recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and integration activities.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Foster a positive working environment and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyse results to improve workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Adaptability: Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs.
- Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
