Big Data Developer - Requirement 4 Experience of atleast 2years as Big Data Developer Overall experience of 5 -9 years required. Analytical thinking and strong communication skills Experience of using agile methodologies. Candidates must have a good level of written and spoken English. Act as technical lead for all assigned use cases. Actively liaise and co -ordinate with the Use Case Analysts to ensure all Use Cases are tracked and stakeholders kept apprised of the progress. Ensure all activities and tracked and reported, in line with internal governance framework. Following the Agile project management methodology. Agile methodologies Hortonworks Hadoop eco - system. Cloudera Hadoop eco -system. Elastic Stack, including - Elasticsearch / Kibana Programming Languages. Data Ingestion. Data enrichment and transformation. Data visualisation. Skills Components Hadoop HDFS / MapReduce / Hive / Spark NoSQL HBase Search Elasticsearch Programming Language Java / Scala OS Linux / Unix Messaging Kafka Data Streaming Flume, Spark Streaming / Storm Micro Services J2EE / Rest
