- Foreword If you are a seasoned Oracle Utilities Functional & Implementation Lead with a proven track record in CIS implementation engagements, having completed at least four CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementations or upgrades, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Of The Role Must be capable of engaging with client leadership, delivery team leads, and various stakeholders across multiple geographies. Requires robust Oracle Utilities consulting experience to spearhead the project's solution and contribute extensive customer engagement expertise. Needs to effectively comprehend business requirements, offer solutions for various business processes, and propose innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency and reduce costs. Expected to lead workshops and demonstrations, with the capability to not only document business processes but also suggest new methods and automation opportunities for more efficient business operations. Should have a thorough understanding of both deregulated and regulated market environments, including related tariff scenarios, the meter-to-cash process, and market EDI transaction lifecycles. Must participate in large program assignments, assisting in defining business and technological solutions that enable customers to design and implement new business processes and organizational capabilities. Experience 10 + years across Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM) and/or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) with experience in end-to-end implementations. Proven history in lead roles in CIS implementation engagements (At least 4 CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation/upgrade experience). Should have experience in managing and leading a team, preparing project progress reports, track project progress, organizing sprints, able to do Program Increment Planning and create project plans. Knowledge & Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required. Must have proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM), or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) as applicable. Should possess a strong grasp of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to steer the overall solution development. Skilled in various modules of CC&B/C2M/MDM for configuration, customization, and integration with other applications. Deep understanding of the Utilities value chain. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for interpreting complex business requirements and devising effective solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clear presentation of solutions. Proficient project management abilities to oversee timelines, resources, and project deliverables efficiently. A commitment to continuous learning to remain current with OUAF updates, new technologies, and industry trends. Capability to work independently and lead globally distributed teams. Nice To Have Familiarity with additional utility products based on the OUAF platform, including SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, WAM, OUCSS, and OUBI, is beneficial. Advanced knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), its database structure, and related technical expertise is highly valued. Possession of a PMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certificate is considered beneficial. Oracle Utilities Certifications in the Oracle Utilities product suite would also provide a significant advantage.
