We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in creating exceptional user experiences, detailed documentation, and process workflows. The ideal candidate will bring analytical intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive screen mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and enhance user experiences.
• Design and document use cases, user workflows, SRS (Software Requirements Specifications), and FRS (Functional Requirements Specifications) with precision and clarity.
• Create detailed user manuals and documentation to support seamless project handoffs and end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in:
  • Designing wireframes and screen mockups.
  • Developing workflows and documenting use cases.
  • Preparing SRS and FRS documentation.
  • Creating comprehensive user manuals.
• Strong analytical intelligence with a proven ability to solve complex problems and manage details meticulously.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills to ensure clarity and precision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with government clients, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
