Desired Skills:

Selenium with Java,
Manual API testing using Postman,
Knowledge of Database (Mongo DB),
Good experience in BDD/TDD frameworks.

Good to have Technical Skills:

Hands on experience of GIT
Good understanding of REST API, and SOAP web services.
CI using Jenkins

Core Responsibility Areas:

Design test cases and execute functional, integration and end-to-end tests on a variety of platforms.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Work closely with agile team across all phases of a project to constantly test and provide feedback on the quality of the product.
Participate and contribute effectively in daily stand-ups, sprint review, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, scrum master and project managers) to identify system requirements.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts etc.
Familiar with new innovative trends or tools available in the qa industry.
Experience with any test management tools like jira, test rail & test link etc.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
