Job Description:

Candidate should be able to play the role of Power BI/Azure team member and work closely with both onsite & offshore team members on Projects, CRs, incidents and analysis. Shift timings are 07:30 AM IST to 04:30 PM IST. But depending on requirements, will be needed to extend in the late evenings/early mornings to provide support. Candidate should be in a position to provide weekend support and on Indian holidays as per the roster.

Candidate should also be willing to learn advanced topics and work proactively on improvement activities.

Power BI - Azure consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate should be able to create Power BI dashboard. Candidate should be proficient in DAX script and creating complex reports.  Candidate should have good knowledge of multi dimension Data modelling.  Candidate should possess good analytic skills to present data in meaning full visualization. Candidate should have experience in creating performance optimized dashboard.  Candidate should have knowledge of connecting PowerBI with multiple cloud & on premise data source with as DirectQuery & Live Connections. Candidate should have good experience in Azure technologies like data bricks, data factory, synapse, data lake. Candidate should have decent experience in BW & BO and be able to support senior team member on CRs/Incidents/Analysis Excellent communication & interpersonal skill to effectively collaborate with onshore team & stake holder. Strong analytical & problem solving skill with ability to translate business requirements into technical solution.

Project Details:

Sony China project supports the Sony China Electronics & Repair parts, Sony Hong Kong electronics, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Sony semiconductor solutions and Aniplex business spread across S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0 systems on HANA. We are supporting data ware house & reporting system for Sony China. We extract business data from ECC and store it using SAP BW for data transformation & cleansing and use BO technology to deliver data for reporting as per business requirement.
