As a Senior Product Manager, you will orchestrate the development of cutting-edge travel products, harmonizing innovative solutions with user needs to solidify the companys market leadership. Youll mentor teams, integrate AI/ML advancements, and lead cross-functional efforts to actualize a data-informed, customer-centric product strategy. Your expertise will drive the creation of strategic roadmaps, foster influential stakeholder relationships, and elevate the travel experience through meticulous execution and visionary leadership.
What You ll Do:
Owns crafting the vision for a holistic product and demonstrates ability to convincingly communicate & defend the narrative to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
Owns creation of a comprehensive and defensible strategic product roadmap that maps target outcomes and KPIs to delivery milestones
Coaches junior PMs to build credibility and appropriately influence technical decisions, leveraging a deeper understanding of owned product technical components
Leads initiatives to implement AI/ML solutions with deep knowledge in one or more model area
Facilitates discussion and knowledge transfer between business and technical teams regarding technical feasibility and tradeoffs when ideating new products powered by AI/ML"
Participates in engineering and architecture design and review processes to enable the long-term product vision and ensure solutions that limit future tech debt
Demonstrates the ability to identify, influence, and motivate key stakeholders across product teams
Drives decision-making in ambiguous conditions in a way that drives profitability; can build financial valuations from existing or net new models independently and demonstrates the ability to size a product opportunity
Identifies and creates new opportunities to improve product in order to optimize the customer experience and grow EG value
Leverages advanced research methodologies to provide strategic insights that impact product decisions
Ensures adoption and value delivery through collaboration with internal teams (eg, Product Marketing, Sales, or Communications, as relevant); develops go-to-market and/or change strategies informed by a compelling value proposition for end users
Rapidly determines product performance through iterative experimentation and/or win-loss analyses; recommends strategies to optimize performance
Collaborates across teams and functions to drive optimization of end-to-end user journeys for products or suites of products
Guides tradeoff discussions with UX teams to ensure a financially viable, customer-centric design solution
Applies innovative design thinking to improve the overall approach to product experimentation, discovery, and design
Sets product metrics to align with the product vision and is accountable for individual and team performance
Lead ML driven coaching and insights initiatives for Accelerator and TravelAds
Contribute to the new AI driven - Ad portal for driving key features like opportunities, budget insights and guidance to customers
Contribute to product requirement documents and ensure clear communication, and coordination of requirements to the business, operations, commercial and development teams
Keep an open dialogue with stakeholders from the Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure planned work aligns with their needs and strategic priorities
Establish or enable metrics and KPI s for product success while ensuring the corresponding data is instrumented for collection and readily available in a reporting solution
Who You Are:
