Job Description
- We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead - MERN Development with a strong focus on Node.js backend development for mobile applications. As a team lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, designing backend solutions, and delivering scalable and secure services that power mobile applications. Candidate Requirements: A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js and building APIs. Skilled in managing and scaling databases, especially MongoDB. Good understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and integrating third-party services. Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git. Familiar with server deployment and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js. Work closely with front-end developers, mobile app developers, and other team members to integrate APIs and provide smooth user experiences. Set coding standards, review code, and promote best practices in development. Monitor server performance and optimize it for better efficiency. Ensure the security of backend systems and compliance with data protection laws. Manage database design and optimize MongoDB for best performance. Document APIs and backend processes thoroughly.
