Job Description
- The Successful Applicant CA with 3+ years of overall experience Hands-on experience handling the overall gamut of finance & tax Attention to Detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Open to Hyderabad as a location Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements. Month-End and Year-End Closures: Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the reconciliation of accounts and the preparation of consolidated financial reports. Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Tax Compliance: Managing tax reporting and compliance, including the preparation of tax returns and the implementation of tax strategies. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations that could affect the company's financials. Conduct Internal Audits: Liaison with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare Budgets: Develop budgets and forecasts. Accounting Policy Development: Developing and updating accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.,
