Critical values are escalating to lab incharge / Doctors and immediately informed to primary physician. To establish, implement and maintain internal quality control in Laboratory and participate in EQAS and ensuring satisfactory results. Maintain IQC, EQAS and ILC records. Handling the fully automated analyser. Maintenance and calibration of equipments at regular intervals Placing purchase order & stock maintenance of chemicals and consumables. Monitoring the temperature and maintaining the corresponding files. Review and report the lab results in a timely manner and also required that they identify and communicate results that may require further investigation or discussion within charge. Aware of proper waste disposal methods and waste disposal monitoring and maintaining the records. As per NABL criteria maintain and continuous monitoring of all the documents and records. To attend telephone calls politely and strictly adhere to telephone manners. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree holder (B.SC Biochemistry) A minimum of 1+ years of experience.
