Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and reach out to potential clients, and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored advertising proposals, presentations, and campaigns to meet clients" advertising goals. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to offer innovative advertising solutions. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached and finalize advertising deals. Account Management: Work with clients to understand their ongoing needs, ensuring their advertising campaigns are running smoothly and effectively. Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure campaign objectives are met and client satisfaction is high. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales reports to management on performance and market insights. For Freshers: Training: Comprehensive training will be provided on sales techniques, advertising products, and industry best practices. Support: Continuous guidance from experienced team members to help you grow and succeed in your sales career. For Experienced Candidates: Leadership Opportunities: Possibility for growth into leadership roles within the sales team, depending on performance and experience. Advanced Sales Strategies: Implement your skills in sales strategy, client management, and campaign optimization for larger accounts. Requirements: For Freshers: A passion for sales, advertising, and client relations. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a goal-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of advertising and digital marketing is a plus, but not required. For Experienced Candidates: Proven experience in advertising sales or a related field. Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing deals. Familiarity with various advertising mediums, including digital, print, TV, or radio. Ability to manage client accounts and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
