    Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager for our fabric division. The role involves expanding the dealer network across India, driving fabric sales through effective marketing, managing relationships with cutters, wholesalers, and agents, and ensuring targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have the strategic insight, leadership capabilities, and operational expertise to spearhead sales growth while maintaining control over product quality and contributing to new product development. Key Responsibilities:1.Dealer & cutter Network Expansion:Develop and strengthen the dealer & cutter network across India.Identify potential markets and onboard new dealers & cutters to enhance market penetration. 2. Sales Growth:Strategically market fabric to cutters, wholesalers, and agents to boost sales.Increase the number of agents and ensure their alignment with organizational goals.Set and ensure sales targets are met for every team member. 3.Quality Control:Monitor and maintain the quality of fabrics being marketed and sold.Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving quality-related concerns promptly. 4.New Product Development:Collaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative fabrics that meet market trends and demands. 5.Market Analysis & Strategy:Analyze market competition and trends.Develop and implement strategic plans to outpace competitors and capture market share. 6.Team Management:Lead and motivate the sales team across regions.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve productivity. 7.Reporting & Analysis:Track and report sales metrics regularly.Use data-driven insights to plan future sales strategies and improve team performance. .
