DPP Accounting advisory Job in Randstad India

Job Description

Roles & responsibilities Work with other subject matter experts and stakeholders from the business Draft/update new IFRS and US GAAP accounting technical guidance for both internal firm guidance and external publications Monitor and stay current on IASB and FASB project developments Contribute (along with other team members/senior managers/ US national office team) to researching/writing technical accounting guidance and examples Assist US national office team in preparing illustrative financial statements Assist with the ongoing maintenance/improvement of information structure on internal website that captures firm technical guidance Present on technical accounting matters at US national office team meetings and on external-facing webcasts/podcasts Work Experience Recent and extensive experience in applying/implementing IFRS accounting standards and US GAAP are required 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in Big 4 national office or similar function (e.g. Capital Markets Group or serving large/complex clients) Job details Proposed designation Manager in Accounting Group Role type Individual contributor and/or Supervisory role for 2-3 professionals Reporting to Director and/or Associate Partner Geo to be supported US Work timings Depends on the deliverables/ project's timelines,
