Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Technical Support Specialists to join a leading MNC. The role involves providing Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support for laptops, desktops, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware components, OS issues (Windows XP-10), and application support.
• Handle LAN, VPN, and security troubleshooting.
• Assist customers via calls, web tickets, email, and live chat.
• Follow ITIL best practices and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick problem resolution.

Required Skills:

Minimum 6 months experience in Technical Support (Voice/Semi-Voice/Live Chat)
Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics
Experience with troubleshooting VPNs, security patches, and registry fixes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
