*Advise Board on governance & ensure compliance
*Manage Board/AGM meetings & maintain statutory records
*Oversee regulatory filings & liaise with regulators
*Maintain shareholder relations and company documentation

Required Candidate profile

*Expertise in corporate law, governance & compliance
*Proficiency in legal/regulatory compliance
*Team player with independent working capability
*Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
